Every job posting meant hours of copying and pasting: gathering the details, writing the ad, formatting it for 5-plus job sites, then doing it all again the next week. The team could only post as many jobs as one person could type in a day.
What I built.
I built an automated pipeline that gathers the job details, writes the post with AI, and sends it to every job site with one click. That same pipeline now publishes 700-plus posts in a single weekend, with nobody touching it.
